Upload Guide:

• Format: PNG or PDF

• Resolution: 300 DPI

• Background: Transparent

• Color Mode: CMYK only (RGB files may produce inaccurate colors)
  
  Why CMYK?
  CMYK is the color mode used for printing. Files in RGB (screen colors) may print with color shifts or dull tones. For the most accurate color results, always upload files in CMYK.

⚠️ Artwork & File Upload Disclaimer

Please double-check your files before submitting. By uploading artwork, you agree to the following:

🚫 No refunds will be issued for:

• Color shifts caused by low-resolution images, incorrect color profiles (e.g. RGB instead of CMYK), or untagged files

• Transparency issues, such as white boxes, missing background removal, or semi-transparent layers not converting correctly

• Oversaturation or poor color separation that may affect final print results

• Files that are not print-ready, including pixelated artwork, flattened JPEGs, or incorrectly sized layouts

For best results:
✔️ Use transparent PNGs or vector-based PDFs
✔️ Design at 300 DPI
✔️ Use CMYK or sRGB color profiles

If your file is not suitable for printing, you will be contacted with the option to use our artwork repair service ($75/hour) before production begins.
