Refund policy

⚫ Custom Orders Are Final

All DTF, UV DTF, and specialty transfer orders are made-to-order. This means:

✅ No returns on custom prints
✅ No cancellations once artwork enters production
✅ No refunds for issues related to customer-submitted artwork, including:

  • Low resolution or pixelated designs

  • Incorrect sizing or layout

  • Color shifts due to low-quality files or incorrect color profiles

  • Transparency issues (such as unintended backgrounds or missing transparent areas)

  • Oversaturation or poor color separation

  • Use of non-print-ready file types (e.g., flattened JPEGs or low-DPI images)

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all artwork is formatted correctly before upload. For best results:

  • Use transparent PNGs or vector-based PDFs

  • Design at 300 DPI

  • Use CMYK or sRGB color profiles for more predictable color results

  • Check all artwork for proper transparency, saturation, and clarity

⚪ What If There’s a Problem?

We’re committed to delivering top-quality results. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • Clear, high-quality photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

If the issue is determined to be a production or shipping error on our part, we will reprint and reship your order at no cost.

⚫ Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

We partner with reliable carriers and provide tracking for all shipments, but Results DTF is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays (UPS)

  • Incorrect shipping info entered at checkout

  • Weather events or natural disruptions

For lost or delayed packages, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

⚪ Order Changes & File Corrections

Once your order is placed and artwork uploaded, no changes can be made unless we contact you with a question or file issue.

Please double-check your files before submitting. This includes:

  • Resolution & sizing

  • File format (transparent PNG or vector PDF preferred)

  • Proper color setup (CMYK or sRGB)

  • Transparency handling

  • Overall design clarity

🔴 Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom DTF Transfers

  • UV DTF Transfers

  • Gang Sheets (any size or type)

  • DTF Inks, Powders, or Film

  • Opened Printer Supplies or Printheads

  • Equipment or Accessories that have been used or installed
