Welcome to Results DTF. By accessing and using our website, services, or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review them carefully before proceeding.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including customers, vendors, browsers, and contributors.

⚫ General Use

By using our website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have parental permission

  • Will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Will not attempt to transmit viruses, malware, or disruptive code

  • Will not resell or duplicate our website’s content, branding, or services without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

⚪ Custom Orders

All DTF, UV DTF, and specialty transfer products are custom printed based on user-uploaded artwork.

  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable

  • We are not responsible for poor print quality due to low-resolution files or incorrect formatting

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming design accuracy prior to submitting their order

🔴 Pricing & Billing

All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is calculated:

  • Per square inch or by linear foot (for gang sheets)

  • With volume-based automatic discounts

  • Shipping add-ons (Lift Gate +$50, Inside Delivery +$25) are optional at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or suspected fraud.

⚫ Turnaround & Shipping

  • Orders are generally produced and shipped within 24–48 business hours

  • We do not guarantee delivery dates; shipping speed depends on the carrier

  • Orders over $29 may qualify for free shipping

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Carrier errors or damage

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

⚪ Intellectual Property

All designs submitted by the customer remain their intellectual property. Results DTF does not claim ownership of your uploaded content.

However, by submitting artwork, you:

  • Grant us permission to use your file solely for the purpose of printing your order

  • Confirm you have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted designs uploaded

We reserve the right to reject any artwork that violates copyright laws or contains hate speech, obscenity, or illegal content.

🔴 Limitation of Liability

Results DTF is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue due to production delays or defects

  • Customer errors in artwork formatting or file submission

  • Product misuse or incorrect heat press application

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

 

🎨 Artwork Review & Repair Policy

All artwork submitted to Results DTF is reviewed prior to production to ensure it meets our print requirements. It is the customer's responsibility to upload high-quality, print-ready files. However, if your artwork is determined to be unprintable, the following policy applies:

⚠️ Non-Printable Artwork

If your file has issues such as:

  • Low resolution or pixelation

  • Missing or incorrect transparency (e.g. white boxes or backgrounds)

  • Improper sizing or layout

  • Unusable color profiles (e.g. untagged RGB files)

  • Overly saturated or poorly separated colors

Our team will pause your order and notify you via email.

🛠️ Artwork Repair Service

We offer professional file correction and repair at a rate of $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Common repair services include:

  • Background removal and transparency fixes

  • File resizing or layout adjustments

  • Color corrections or profile conversions

  • Vector rebuilding of low-quality images

✅ You will receive an estimate before any repair work begins.
❌ We will not proceed without your written approval.

If you decline the repair service and your job is not printed, you may be eligible for a refund for any unproduced portion of your order.

⚫ Account & Contact Info

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order and account information. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or outdated contact info.

⚪ Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
